The questions everyone asks
What is the catch with a waived $997 setup fee?
There is no catch, but there is a reason. Charging thousands up front prices out the businesses we most want to work with, so we removed that barrier and earn the relationship monthly instead. Ownership of the site transfers to you at twelve months. If you leave before then, you owe nothing further, but the site stays with us — that is the trade for not charging you $997 on day one.
Do my payments stop after twelve months?
No. A website has to live on a server somewhere to be reachable on the internet — that is what hosting is, and it is a large part of what the $97 pays for. It also covers the SSL certificate that keeps the site secure, nightly backups, software updates, your branded email, and an hour of our time every month for whatever you need. Stop paying and the site comes offline, exactly as it would with any host. What changes at twelve months is ownership: the website becomes yours. The $97 keeps it online and keeps us working for you.
How many pages do I get?
Five. Typically Home, About, Services, a service or location page, and Contact. If your business needs a different mix, we build a different mix — five pages is the count, not the recipe.
What does "one hour of labor per month" actually cover?
Any work on your site: text edits, new photos, price updates, a seasonal promotion, adding a page, swapping a form. You email the request and we do the work. It is one hour of our time each month, and it does not roll over.
What if I need more than an hour in a month?
We quote the extra time before doing it, so you always approve the cost first. Most months, an hour is more than most clients use.
Is the domain name included?
No. You register and own your domain directly, which we recommend regardless of who builds your site — it keeps the most important asset in your name. A domain runs roughly $15 a year. We point it at your site for you.
What are "unlimited branded email accounts"?
Email addresses on your own domain rather than a free provider — your name at your business, info at your business, one for each staff member. Create as many as you need. They are included in the $97 and set up during the build.
How long until my site is live?
Your site goes live within 15 business days of starting service. The mockup you already saw is the design direction, so the slow part is behind us.
Do I have to write the content?
No. We write it, using your Google Business Profile, your existing site, and one conversation with you. We also research your industry and your competitors, then apply seventeen years of marketing experience to decide what belongs on each page and in what order. You approve it. That is the done-for-you part.
Can I cancel if I am not happy?
Any month, with no fee and no phone call required. Email us and the next payment does not run. Cancel inside the first year and the site stays with us; after twelve months the files are yours to take anywhere.
Is SEO included?
The site is built search-ready: clean structure, schema markup, fast load times, mobile-first, and a Google Business Profile that matches. Ongoing SEO campaigns — content, link building, tracked rankings — are a separate service.
Why only five build slots a month?
We do not take projects in bulk. Each build gets real time and real attention, and Genaro reviews every one. Five a month is what we can do that way without our existing clients waiting for their monthly hour.
What happens to the mockup I was shown?
It becomes the starting point for your real site. Nothing about it was a template — it was built with your business name, your services, your city and your reviews.
